Payment

Final photos will not be delivered under any circumstances until balance is paid in full.

Headshots & Portraits

Payments for headshot and portrait sessions are due on or before the date of the session.

Real Estate

Payment for real estate photography is due in full before the date the photographs are to be taken.

Events

Corporate

A down payment equal to one half of the total price for corporate event photography is required upon reservation of appointment. Second half of payment must be made after the date of the event, before delivery of final photos. Proofs may be delivered prior to final payment.

Weddings

A down payment of $250 is required to reserve a date for wedding photography. Final photos will be delivered once the balance has been paid in full.

Method of Delivery

All photos are delivered digitally through adamgraham.com and/or a third-party file sharing platform such as Google Drive or Dropbox. A disc containing the images is available upon request at no extra cost.

In most cases, low-resolution proofs will be provided in a gallery on adamgraham.com for preview before final payments are made and final photos are delivered.

Headshots and portraits are delivered at a resolution equal to 2048 pixels on the long edge of the photo, unless specifically requested by client. This is a high resolution file that's perfect for sharing online. Full resolution files may cost extra.

Prints are available for order through the shopping cart function in each gallery. Prints orders are placed through a trusted, high quality photo lab using full resolution images. Reproduction and alteration rights are not granted upon delivery of the sharing size images.

Payment Options

All major credit cards are accepted through Square both in person and online by invoice. Cash and check are accepted in person.
